Extraordinary People: Ben Underwood
“This is a documentary about a boy (Ben Underwood) who has taught himself to use echo location to navigate around the world. Ben Underwood is blind, but has managed to do some truly extraordinary feats.” Really an incredible video and story. You can read more about Ben in this People magazine article. Sadly, Ben passed away in January 2009, but his story reminds me of the line by Arthur Schopenhauer: ”Everyone takes the limits of his own vision for the limits of the world.” What limitations are we putting on ourselves?
